Tech Note

I’ve tried to stay out of the browser wars, so I check my sites in both Internet Explorer and Firefox. After upgrading to Firefox 3.0 recently, I noticed that the video clips would start and then stop after a few seconds. Research indicated that the Flash 9.xx player was to blame, and the solution is to download the Flash (beta) 10.x from here - http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html Notice that you have to first download and use the uninstaller to get rid of the old Flash. Slightly painful, but it works! Update: BUT IT WORKS ONLY IN FIREFOX. If you follow the above instructions you will not be able to view videos in Internet Explorer. You'll have to chose one or the other. 70% of viewers still use IE.
