    One school of thought posits, "Don't complain unless you're also going to present a solution."

    So Phil I'm suggesting you change the name of your document from "The Naysayers" to "The Whiners" or, alternatively "The Complainers". As this is essentially two pages of whining and complaining which fails to present anything constructive regarding the various topics presented.
