Walkabout - Black Arts Festival - July 13, 2013

I arrived at 11:30 just as the cloud cover pulled off and the heat began.
There seemed to be a lot of corporate sponsorship, as well as non-profit participation.

I beat the crowds. I was told that booth fee was $70/day.

The Black Arts Festival used to be an admission-based event (they charged admission),
now its a $2.00 donation, although I noticed many did not donate. It's completely fenced
 off, and I saw only three points of admission.

The food booths and trucks were located at the West park entrance.

Verizon had a booth, but they apparently didn't need this display.
