Report from the meeting of Colorado Boulevard Healthcare District, Feb. 6

A developer has been selected for 9th and Colorado, but needs approval from the Regents, who meet Feb 19-20. There will be an announcement thereafter, assuming the Regents do, in fact, approve.

The outfit is reportedly local and has done other large projects in the area. The speculation is that the developer is either Mickey Zeppelin of River North (RiNo) or whoever did Bel-Mar.  

CU Attorney Steve Zweck-Bronner spoke for the university.  The next regents' meeting will be in Colorado Springs.
